Damn, not the same symptoms as presented here. I tried to sync some photos by moving them to collections in my primary computer. So by following the instruction and starting to record an action then we move to choose Batch from the Actions panel menu but it grayed out. The time service is stopped, if I select properties all the options to start are greyed out (I am Admin).
